Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the product selected. Estimated delivery times are displayed on each product page.

Once your order is ready, our delivery team will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Can I choose my delivery date?

Yes. You can leave a note at checkout with your preferred delivery date, and our team will do their best to accommodate it. If your requested date is not available, we will arrange the closest possible alternative.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, our delivery team will contact you to confirm a suitable delivery date and time window where possible.

Can I hold my order until I'm ready?

Yes. If you are moving home, renovating or would simply like to delay delivery, we can hold your order until you are ready to receive it. Please contact our team after placing your order to make arrangements.

Do you deliver to Scotland?

Yes, we deliver throughout mainland UK, including Scotland. Delivery timeframes for Scotland may occasionally be slightly longer depending on delivery routes and scheduling.

Will my furniture be assembled?

Assembly is available on selected products and can be added where applicable. If assembly is available for your chosen item, this will be shown on the product page or at checkout.

Do you remove packaging?

Our delivery and assembly service does not currently include packaging removal. We kindly ask customers to dispose of packaging after delivery.

What happens if my furniture won't fit?

We recommend checking all access routes, including doorways, hallways, staircases and lifts before ordering.

If you are unsure, please contact our team before placing your order and we will be happy to help with dimensions and access advice.

What if I miss my delivery?

If you are unable to accept delivery on the agreed date, please let us know as soon as possible. Additional delivery charges may apply if a delivery attempt is missed without prior notice.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also offer Klarna and Shop Pay Installments, giving eligible customers the option to spread the cost of their purchase over time. Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout and are subject to eligibility and approval.

When will I be charged for my order?

Payment is taken at the time your order is placed, including pre order items. This allows us to reserve your stock and secure your order.

Is it safe to shop online with Lush Interiors?

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Yes. We accept returns on unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that certain exclusions apply, including assembled items, bespoke products and items showing signs of wear and tear.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or has arrived damaged.

Can I return an assembled item?

No. Items that have been assembled cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon delivery.

Do I need the original packaging?

Yes. Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Are there any return fees?

In certain circumstances, a restocking fee of up to 25% or a cancellation fee may apply. Any applicable charges will be confirmed by our team before a return is approved.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible.

We will work with you to find the most appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, a replacement product, a partial refund or collection and replacement where necessary.

How do I request a return?

To request a return, please contact our team at info@lushinteriors.co with your order number and details of your request.

All returns must be approved by our team before being sent back to us.

Product Care & Materials

How do I care for my furniture?

We recommend cleaning furniture with a soft damp cloth and drying immediately after use. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners and excessive moisture.

For specific care instructions, please refer to the care guidance provided on the product page.

How do I care for micro cement furniture?

Our micro cement furniture is finished with a protective sealant and designed for everyday use. To keep it looking its best, wipe clean with a soft damp cloth and dry immediately.

We recommend using coasters and placemats and avoiding prolonged exposure to heat, moisture and harsh cleaning products.

How do I care for marble furniture?

Marble is a natural material and should be treated with care. We recommend using coasters and placemats to help protect the surface from heat, moisture and staining.

Clean using a soft damp cloth and dry immediately after use.

Will my furniture look exactly like the photos?

Many of our products feature natural materials and handcrafted finishes, meaning slight variations in colour, texture and pattern may occur.

Many of the images shown on our website and social media are taken in customers' homes. Differences in lighting, photography, screen settings and image editing may affect how colours and finishes appear.

These variations are a natural characteristic of the materials and help make each piece unique.

Are imperfections in marble and micro cement normal?

Yes. Natural stone, marble and micro cement may feature variations in tone, texture, veining and finish.

These characteristics are part of the design and should not be considered defects.

Will velvet upholstery show marks?

Velvet is a luxurious fabric that may display shading or pressure marks depending on the direction of the pile and lighting conditions.

This is a normal characteristic of velvet upholstery and not a fault.

Orders & Pre Orders

How can I track my order?

Once your order is ready for dispatch, our delivery team will contact you directly to arrange delivery.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

While we will always do our best to help, orders that have already been processed, prepared or dispatched may be subject to cancellation fees.

What is a pre order?

A pre order allows you to reserve stock before it arrives at our warehouse.

Estimated arrival dates are displayed on the product page. Please note that these dates are estimates and may occasionally change due to shipping and logistics schedules beyond our control.

Can I order an in stock item with a pre order item?

Yes. If your order contains both in stock and pre order items, your order will usually be shipped together once all items are available.

If you would prefer your in stock items sooner, please contact our team before placing your order and we will be happy to discuss the available options.

Can you hold my order until I move house or complete renovations?

Yes. We can hold orders for a later delivery date if required.

Simply leave a note at checkout or contact our team after placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery timeframe.

Why has my pre order date changed?

Pre order dates are provided as estimates based on information available at the time of ordering.

Occasionally, shipping schedules, customs clearance or supplier delays may affect arrival dates. If there are any significant changes to your estimated delivery date, our team will keep you informed.

Showroom & Product Viewing

Do you have a showroom?

Our Leicester showroom is now closed. We are currently focusing on our online store, allowing us to offer our collections to customers across the UK.

We are also preparing to open a new showroom in London within the coming months. Further details, including the location and opening date, will be announced on our website and social media channels as soon as they are confirmed.

Can I view your furniture before ordering?

While we do not currently have a public showroom, we provide a wide range of product photography, customer home images and videos across our website and social media channels to help you shop with confidence.

Can I request additional photos or videos?

Yes. If you would like to see additional photos or videos of a product before ordering, please contact our team and we will do our best to provide further imagery where available.

Do you share customer home photos?

Yes. Many of the images featured on our website and social media channels have been shared by customers in their own homes, providing inspiration and a more realistic view of our furniture in everyday spaces.

Where can I see customer homes and inspiration?
