TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with Lush Interiors. These terms apply to purchases made through our website and explain the rights and responsibilities of both you and Lush Interiors.
Lush Interiors is operated by Lush Interiors East Ltd.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
1. About Us
Lush Interiors is operated by:
Lush Interiors East Ltd

Website: www.lushinteriors.co
2. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products shown in your order.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
- a product is unavailable
- payment has not been authorised
- there has been an obvious pricing or website error
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity
- delivery cannot reasonably be completed to the address supplied
- the product can no longer be supplied
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled goods will be refunded.
3. Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements and specifications displayed on our website are accurate.
However, slight variations may occur due to:
- natural materials
- manufacturing processes
- hand-finished elements
- lighting
- photography
- screen settings
- production batches
Customers are responsible for checking product dimensions carefully before placing an order.
4. Natural Materials & Finishes
Products incorporating natural or textured materials such as marble, stone, wood, micro-cement, ceramic, velvet and similar finishes may vary from item to item.
Variations can include:
- colour
- grain
- veining
- pattern
- texture
- surface markings
- tone
These characteristics form part of the individual nature of the product and are not necessarily considered faults.
5. Prices
All prices shown on our website are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Where an obvious pricing error has occurred, we are not obliged to supply the item at the incorrect price. We will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.
6. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to the terms stated with each individual promotion.
Unless otherwise stated:
- only one promotional code may be used per order
- promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash
- codes must be entered at checkout
- discounts cannot normally be applied retrospectively
- exclusions may apply
- promotions end at the stated date and time
Where a promotion states that sale items are included, the discount will be applied to the current advertised selling price.
7. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Orders may not be processed until payment has been authorised.
Where a third-party finance or payment provider is used, that provider's own terms may also apply.
8. Stock Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Stock information and estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but may occasionally change.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
9. Pre-Orders
Some products may be available to purchase on a pre-order basis.
Any estimated arrival or delivery date shown for a pre-order is an estimate and may change due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- manufacturing delays
- shipping delays
- port disruption
- customs delays
- transport issues
Where there is a significant change to the expected delivery time, we will endeavour to keep you informed.
Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected where applicable.
10. Delivery
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed delivery date.
Customers must provide accurate:
- delivery address details
- telephone numbers
- access information
- property information

- ceiling heights
- corners
- entrances
- lifts
- parking access
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item can be safely manoeuvred through the property.
If our delivery team is unable to complete delivery because access is unsuitable or unsafe, delivery may need to be aborted and a redelivery charge may apply.
12. Protecting Your Property
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that flooring, carpets, walls, doors, skirting boards and surrounding areas along the delivery route are suitably protected before delivery takes place.
Our delivery teams will take reasonable care while inside your property.
However, we cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from:
- inadequately protected surfaces
- unsuitable access
- obstacles within the delivery route
- incorrect access measurements supplied by the customer
13. Moving Furniture Through Your Property
Some furniture is large, heavy and difficult to manoeuvre.
Customers should remove fragile items, ornaments and other obstacles from the delivery route before the delivery team arrives.
Where the delivery team reasonably believes that continuing would risk:
- injury
- damage to the property
- damage to the furniture
they may refuse to move the item beyond that point.
14. Stairs & Upper Floors
Customers must notify us before delivery if furniture needs to be carried upstairs or to an upper-floor property.
Restrictions may apply where access involves:
- multiple flights of stairs
- narrow or restricted staircases
- unsuitable lift access
- unsafe carrying conditions
The delivery team may refuse to complete delivery where they reasonably consider access unsafe.
15. Inspecting Your Order
Where reasonably possible, customers should inspect their furniture at the time of delivery.
If you notice obvious damage, please notify the delivery team immediately.
Where delivery documentation is provided, you may be asked to sign confirming receipt of the goods.
Signing a delivery note does not remove your statutory rights.
16. Signing “Unchecked”
If you sign delivery documentation as “unchecked”, this does not override these Terms & Conditions or remove your statutory rights.
We recommend inspecting your goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
17. Packaging
Unless specifically agreed as part of your delivery service, our delivery teams do not remove or dispose of packaging.
Customers are responsible for disposing of packaging appropriately.
We recommend retaining packaging until you are satisfied that the goods have been received correctly.
18. Assembly
Where assembly has been purchased or included, our delivery team will assemble the product to the extent described in your order.
Customers must ensure that the assembly area:
- is clear
- is accessible
- provides sufficient working space
- has suitable flooring protection
Assembly does not include alterations to the property or modification of the furniture unless specifically agreed.
19. Cancelling an Online Order
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you will normally have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to any applicable legal exceptions.
To cancel an eligible order, you must clearly notify us that you wish to cancel.
20. Bespoke & Personalised Products
The statutory right to cancel may not apply to goods that are:
- made to your specification
- personalised
- bespoke
- specially manufactured for you
- otherwise exempt under applicable consumer law
Where a product is bespoke or non-returnable, this will normally be made clear before purchase.
Your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

Returned goods should be:
- handled with reasonable care

- returned with all supplied parts and accessories
You are responsible for the goods until they are received back by us.

Where available, we may offer to arrange collection of returned furniture.
A reasonable collection charge may apply and will be confirmed before collection is arranged.
Customers may alternatively arrange their own suitable courier where permitted.
23. Condition of Returned Goods
Customers may inspect products to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.
Where goods have been handled beyond what would reasonably be permitted in a retail environment, we may be entitled to make an appropriate deduction from any refund for a reduction in value, where permitted by law.
This may include damage caused by:
- excessive handling
- improper assembly
- misuse
- inadequate return packaging
24. Refunds
Where a valid refund is due, refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within the timescales required by applicable law.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds in your account.
25. Damaged Goods
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- photographs or video of the damage
- photographs of the packaging where relevant
Prompt notification helps us investigate delivery and manufacturing issues efficiently.
Any internal request to report damage promptly does not remove your statutory rights.
26. Faulty Goods

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us with details and supporting photographs where appropriate.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include:
- repair
- replacement
- price reduction
- refund
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

- accidental damage
- misuse
- neglect
- improper cleaning
- failure to follow care instructions
- damage caused by moving furniture
- natural material variation

Customers are responsible for following any product care instructions supplied with the goods or published on our website.
Damage caused by inappropriate:
- cleaning products
- abrasive materials
- chemicals
- excessive moisture
- heat
- pressure
may not constitute a manufacturing fault.
29. Marble, Stone & Micro-Cement Products
Marble, stone and micro-cement surfaces require particular care.
We recommend using:
- coasters
- placemats
- heat-resistant mats
- soft cleaning cloths
Spills should be cleaned promptly.
Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, excessive moisture and direct heat.
Some surfaces are sealed for additional protection but are not guaranteed to be completely scratch-proof, stain-proof or heat-proof.
30. Colour & Fabric Variation
Colours may appear differently depending on:
- lighting
- photography
- screen settings
- production batches
Fabric and velvet may also appear different depending on the direction of the pile and lighting conditions.
Minor visual differences do not necessarily indicate that a product is faulty.
31. Changes to Orders
If you need to change:
- a product
- colour
- quantity
- delivery address
- contact details
please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered dispatch or production.
32. Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because:
- nobody is available to accept the order
- incorrect address details were supplied
- access is unsuitable
- relevant access restrictions were not disclosed
we may charge a reasonable redelivery fee.
33. Delays Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These may include:
- extreme weather
- port delays
- customs delays
- transport disruption
- road closures
- strikes
- supplier delays
- accidents
- other force majeure events
Where there is a significant delay, we will take reasonable steps to keep you informed.
34. Ownership & Risk
Ownership of the goods passes to you once payment has been received in full.
Risk in the goods will normally pass to you when the goods are delivered into your physical possession or to a person nominated by you, subject to applicable law.
35. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Unless otherwise stated, our products are primarily intended for domestic residential use.
Where furniture is purchased for:
