Delivery

At Lush Interiors, we aim to deliver your items efficiently and in perfect condition. All deliveries are carried out with care using our specialist courier service.

Please note that our couriers do not remove packaging or rubbish following delivery. Due to the frequency of our delivery drops, we are unable to offer rubbish disposal as part of our standard service.

Delivery Process

We utilise our own specialist courier service to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your products.

To avoid any delivery complications, we kindly ask that you carefully check all measurements before placing your order. This includes ensuring items can pass through narrow openings, doorways, staircases, and access points into your chosen room.

Delivery Charges

UK Mainland delivery: £40 on all orders
Scotland delivery: £80 on all orders

We now offer shipping to Ireland and Northern Ireland. Please email info@lushinteriors.co for delivery rates and further information.

Additional Services

Express Delivery (Bespoke Beds)

An Express Delivery service is available on bespoke beds for an additional £299, providing delivery within 7 to 14 days. This option can be selected when using our bed builder.

Assembly Service

We highly recommend selecting our assembly service for all beds. Our professional fitters will assemble your bed on the day of delivery, helping to avoid any assembly related issues.

If you require assembly for other items, this can be arranged with our delivery team when they contact you to schedule delivery, or by leaving a note with your order at checkout.

Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all customers.

We accept returns on items that are unused and undamaged within 14 days of delivery. In some circumstances, a restocking fee of up to 25% or a cancellation fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

After the 14 day period has passed, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges unless exceptional circumstances apply and are approved by management.

Exceptions and Limitations

Assembled Items

We are unable to accept returns on items that have been assembled. Once an item has been assembled, it is no longer considered to be in resale condition and cannot be sold as new. We kindly ask that you ensure the product is suitable and that you are happy with your purchase before proceeding with assembly.

Bespoke and Custom Made Items

Returns are not accepted on bespoke or custom made items, including our entire beds collection. Please consider this carefully before placing your order.

International Orders

International orders are excluded from our returns policy.

Compatibility and Access

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all items will fit into the intended space. We are unable to accept returns for items that cannot be delivered or accommodated due to access restrictions.

Sale Items

Returns are only accepted on non sale items.

Return Process

All return requests must be pre approved by our management team.

• The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping

• Items must be returned to our warehouse in Leicester, UK

• Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted

Wear and Tear

We are unable to accept returns for items showing signs of wear and tear, including damage caused by regular use or handling.
