To facilitate this, we graciously accept returns for items provided they remain in an unused and undamaged condition, within a 14-day timeframe from the date of receipt. However, in some circumstances, we may need to deduct a re-stocking fee of up to 25% or issue a cancellation fee.

Regrettably, beyond this 14-day window, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges unless exceptional circumstances, duly approved by our management, are demonstrated.

• Bespoke or Custom-Made Items: Returns are not applicable to bespoke or custom-made items, encompassing our entire beds collection. We kindly request your thoughtful consideration of this before placing your order.

• International Orders: Please be informed that international orders are excluded from our return policy.
